After working for more than 20 years in hospitality industry and cooking traditional Indian cuisine, thought to open my own restaurant to represent authentic and flavors of different parts of India. Our owner, Chef Deepchand, has experience from various bigger hotels/restaurants in India, Jamaica and New Zealand.

I am a chef because I am passionate about food - our tradition, cooking it and sharing it my customers. I bring soul to a recipe as it does not have any soul. Being a good chef, i believe in cooking good as i want to.
